    FAQ

    What if pieces go missing?

    Losing a few pieces is normal, and we replace them for free. If a set comes back with a lot missing, we'll talk to you before charging anything.

    How long can we keep a set?

    As long as you like. The next set ships when the last one comes back, up to one new set a month.

    Can we choose the sets?

    Tell us the themes they love when you join, like City, Star Wars or Minecraft, and you can add specific sets to a wishlist. We pick from those, matched to their age.

    What's a big set?

    Sets that sell for £70 to £130 in the shops, like large Technic, Star Wars or Harry Potter builds. Every plan gets them; higher plans get them more often.

    How do I cancel?

    Cancel from your account at any time. Send back the set you have and you won't be charged again.

    Is this run by LEGO?

    No. The Brick Society is an independent company that rents out genuine LEGO sets.
